I can't connect to ssh

Hello, I am currently unable to log into my SSH. I'm not sure what is causing the issue.

I previously changed my SSH login password and successfully logged in before.

However, I might have forgotten this SSH password now, which caused me to enter it incorrectly too many times, resulting in being unable to log in.

Or are there any issues preventing me from logging in?

I hope you can help me fixed this problem.

My SSH login address is: s5.serv00.com.

chenryace Failed login attempts cause a temporary IP block. The login credentials for the hosting control panel are the same as for SSH, so if needed, you can reset your access details.

Thank you for your reply. To avoid having my IP locked again for the same reason, I would really appreciate it if you could reset my access details. Or could you tell me how to reset it?
