Hello!
I have recently bought an Epic Games account and receieved an email address RYAN.Williams@srv6.serv00.net. After receiving the email account I have immediately changed the password.
Not so long ago I have tried to log into the email and I am getting a Login Failed error (I checked the HTTP response: 401 Unauthorized) so I am guessing that the password of the email has been reset.
I have read that an email password can be reset by a domain admin but is this also the case for srv6.serv00.net addresses? I am asking this question since I do not know if this is an issue from this provider or I have been scammed.
Is there any way for me to get my access back to the email address or not?
