Is there a way to disable remote access to reserved port from internet?

hello,I'm new here. this free hosting is great.
now I have a question. my app is running in proxy mode, uses the reserved port. reserved port that can be accessed from the Internet.
Is there a way to disable remote access to reserved port from internet, and only allow access to port 443 from the internet?

Yes, to do that you need to listen (bind) your application only to host: 127.0.0.1
and next set up the proxy option for localhost (if already not configured that way)

and how do i generate lets encrypt for the proxy domain ? and i dont have another proxy domain, thanks before @admin
