Help,SSH can't login

SSH/SFTP server address: s4.serv00.com

I tried to connect using Xshell, but it didn't work
It only prompts me "Could not connect to 's4.serv00.com' (port 22): Connection failed."
Then I tried to connect directly using the ssh command in the Linux terminal, but it just reminded me of a connection timeout
I even switched the network environment, but it still didn't work
