My server is unable to connect to any external networks

My server is not responding to pings directed at 8.8.8.8.
Regardless of using ping, curl, or accessing the network via code, this is not allowed.
How can I reset and restore my server's network? Could you please help me with this issue? Thank you！

I also encountered a similar problem. Since my service went offline yesterday, I manually SSHed in and restarted my service, but the host seems unable to connect to the external network.

curl -vvv www.google.com

Could not resolve host: www.google.com
Closing connection
