Domain has more than one A record

When I want to create an SSL certificate, this is displayed: "Domain has more than one A record".
And nothing happens, what should I do?

A: 128.204.218.63
A: 128.204.218.48
I'm not Cloudflare...
And the propagation doesn't play a role, it was there in advance...
