Dear Service Provider,
I am deeply grateful for the excellent free hosting platform you offer to those of us who are just starting to build websites. However, unfortunately, it has also become an asset for some opportunists who trade accounts, preventing many people with genuine needs from successfully registering.
I am one of those people. I have been trying to register since the beginning of S14, but sadly, I haven't succeeded. Like many others with genuine needs, I strongly condemn those who sell accounts.
From other users' posts, I have learned that purchasing an account from the secondary market is not expensive. Even though it’s not costly, I refuse to compromise with them because the more people buy, the more rampant the registration by these opportunists becomes.
I sincerely hope to successfully register one day. Every time someone with real needs registers successfully, it is a blow to these sellers.
Personally, I believe that the current registration controls don't do much to stop sellers. They always find a way to register, as accounts for S15 are already being sold in the secondary market. It seems that these registration controls are mainly blocking people with real needs. The existence of sellers arises from the difficulty ordinary people face in registering, creating market demand. If the registration process were loosened, and more focus were put on monitoring post-registration account usage, strictly cracking down on misuse and banning accounts used for illegal purposes, the secondary market would naturally lose its supply-demand cycle. This would be more beneficial to those with genuine needs.
The original intention of your free hosting platform was to help those in need, a charitable project. If such a charitable project becomes a means for others to profit, it is truly unfortunate. In that case, it might even be better for your company to sell accounts directly. I'm sure even a price of $1 would be accepted by many. But this is what makes your company so admirable – you chose to offer these services for free as part of a charitable initiative, which is a noble decision, and we all love you for it.
I write this message with mixed emotions, as you can tell. I detest those greedy individuals, and despite my persistent efforts, I have never been able to register successfully, while they have taken up so many resources through questionable means. I will never compromise by purchasing an account from the secondary market. If possible, I would rather purchase a clearly priced S16 account directly from you for around $1. I remember seeing a post with a screenshot showing an email account that had seven or eight successful registration emails – it’s simply unbelievable. Why can't I even register once?
Lastly, I will continue trying to register whenever I have the chance, while also waiting for an official direct purchase option. I wish your company continued success.
Best regards, Xavier
