pkg update error

i got error when used pkg update
it say "Impossible to open /" and "Cannot parse configuration file!"

any other way for me to install some required package?
like docker or etc?

As we pointed out in our response, we offer hosting accounts, not VPS. You won't be able to run Docker on serv00.
