My registered username is sharp3001 and my email address is: sharp3001@outlook.com.
But my email cannot receive emails containing password information.
Despite multiple attempts to reset the password, I still cannot receive the email.

Therefore, I suggest starting by checking your spam and other folders in your inbox. Additionally, on the login page for the panel (panel13.serv00.com), there is a password reset option you can use if needed.

admin I can login the forum.But when login the panel0.serv00.com,it tips "Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields may be case-sensitive.". When i try to resetpass with my information.It tips "Error! Invalid username".I can promise the username and email correct.
