So do you have backups of my website data like a daily backup or no and if so how do I restore a backup for one of my sites and is it limit to php or any coding language or custom app and if I wanted to implement my own custom backups how would you recommend I do that with your servers would ftp be the best way that would be my guess ftp and a custom program to upload to remote server or something that it's like I said only answer this if you have free time sorry for an am way to lazy to actually put punctuation
