Cant recieve mails on mail from custom domain

I have imported a custom domain of mine(example: domain.dev) on serv00 panel 8, and i have setup a email from that domain (admin@domain,dev). but i can only log in sometimes with the same credentials. like it will reject 9 logins and accept 1 login with same credentials. when i login, i can send emails to others. but when they try to send me email, they get "because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email." error. How do i fix this?

hehenischal Check your email client settings: have you set up SMTP authentication with your password?
You can also check the sending functionality through our webmail. You sent a post on forum recently after changing the DNS servers at your registrar, so check receiving emails again.
