Issue Description: When attempting to establish an SSH connection via CMD, I receive the following error: "shell request failed on channel 0." This issue prevents me from accessing the server through an interactive SSH session.

Steps I've Taken:
I have confirmed that my public key authentication works correctly.
I have tried reconnecting multiple times, but the error persists.
