You have not followed the steps outlined on the help page https://docs.serv00.com/Flask/. The instructions specify creating a virtualenv environment (with a link to the creation guide). The description also indicates adding the site with a reference to the Python binary from the virtualenv environment you created, which you did not do. I have not checked whether, for example, you have unlocked binexec or completed other steps mentioned in the guide.
