  • Error: "The A record for the domain is incorect"

I have a website here and a subdomain to it. Yesterday I managed to connect an SSL certificate to my subdomain through the DevilWEB control panel. I failed to do the same for the site itself, it gave an error about the weekly limit on the server when receiving an SSL certificate.
Today I tried again to get an SSL certificate for the site, but this time the error "The A record for the domain is incorect". What is the reason I do not understand.๐Ÿ™ Help to get a certificate and on the site itself.

Okarst Can you visit your website without http://? If can't, check this problem first.

yes, without the certificate, the site page (I still have it blank) loads. The browser shows: the site is not secure.

Okarst If so, you can try to generate a certificate manually.

Can you tell me how? I don't know anything about it. Maybe there is some instruction?

Checked the DNS zones. The error "This domain is invalid" appears. Help, I can't solve the problem on my own.

Oooh, the page worked with the certificate! The site is now locked, secure) Thank you, must have done something!๐Ÿ™‚
But in the control panel, still shows only 1 SSL certificate for the subdomain of my site. Is this how it should be? 1 certificate is valid for the whole domain branch, even if it is not installed in the root domain?

Okarst You did not specify which domain you are referring to, so we are unable to check anything.
