my php web access log missing after setup basedir /usr/local/devil/logs/httpd/users/<user>/<domains>

$today = $currentTime->format('Y-m-d');
$logDir = '/usr/local/devil/logs/httpd/users/xxx/xxx.xx/';
$logFile = $logDir . "{$today}.log";

$logContent = file_get_contents($logFile);
