can't login via panel or ssh

I can't use my account 1c1g to login via panel5 or ssh on s5. My ip is not banned. I can access the panel5 login page but it says my password is not correct. And I can see ssh login connection message but just get refused to login.

Can you help to check it out?

We have unlocked the hosting account. Check the load generated by your applications after logging into the account via SSH and resolve the issue.

I've checked my applications. There are only 3 processes according to the panel and the processes I'm using are not resource hogs. Thanks very much for your help!
