No mail after registration

Dear support team,

I haven't got mail after a successful registration. I have checked the outlook mailbox, and checked spam folder, sure, not got the mail. Please check, or send me the relative info to me directly.

Have tried to reset password with above username and mailbox via https://panel7.serv00.com/resetpass, and got successful message "OK! Operation performed successfully. Check your mailbox for further instructions." , but there's no mail neither.

Maybe your IP is dirty. Try to change your IP.

if IP dirty, it should not be able to register, but I registered successfully.
