can not connect to mysql

i have build the user for date base , also installed the wordpress ,but can not connect to datebase .

"SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Permission denied"

@admin how can i solve this problem ?

now i change to typecho ,same problem .

now everything is ok , due to my mistake , the datebase address is wrong , should be mysqls6.serv00.com not localhost .
